THE MISSION OF THE TRAVERSE CITY CURLING CLUB IS TO PROMOTE LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION IN THE SPORT OF CURLING AND TO OWN AND/OR PROVIDE GROUNDS, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, AND FACILITIES FOR THIS USE, AND TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE SPORT OF CURLING. BUILDING A STRONG COMMUNITY THROUGH THE SPORT OF CURLING.

Part 3 - Line 4a
THE CLUB PROVIDED AN INTRODUCTION TO THE SPORT OF CURLING TO THE COMMUNITY AND CONTINUES PROMOTING THE SPORT AND LEAGUE PLAY. THE CLUB WAS ABLE TO HOST THE ANNUAL TOURNAMENT IN APRIL AFTER BEING CANCELLED THE PAST 2 SEASONS. THE CLUB ALSO HOSTED A COMMUNITY WIDE GIVE IT A CURL EVENT DURING THE WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES. OVER 150 COMMUNITY MEMBERS LEARNED TO DELIVER A CURLING STONE. OVER 40 CLUB VOLUNTEERS HELPED ADMINISTER THE PROGRAM.
