THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE GOLD COUNTRY FAIR LOCATED IN AUBURN, CA BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS THAT HELP THE COMMUNITY DEVELOP AN APPRECIATION FOR AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES THAT INCREASES AWARENESS OF BOTH LOCAL AND NATIONAL HISTORY AND TO PROVIDE CULTURAL ENRICHMENT THROUGH ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT. THE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO PROJECTS BENEFITTING THE GOLD COUNTRY FAIR AND THE 20TH DISTRICT AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION IN IMPROVING ITS FACILITIES IN THE BELIEF THAT THE FAIRGROUNDS IS AN INVALUABLE ASSET TO THE COMMUNITY AND THAT A VIABLE FAIR ASSOCIATION ENABLES LOCAL CIVIC GROUPS AND THE AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITY TO ENJOY THESE BENEFITS OF THE FOUNDATION'S SUPPORT.
