LOCAL 140, COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN OF MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION WHOSE HOMES ARE DAMAGED BY NATURAL DISASTER OR WHO ARE OFF PAYROLL DUE TO LONG-TERM INJURY OR ILLNESS, AND ANY CHARITABLE MEASURE TO ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION THAT IS DEEMED NEEDED AND NECESSARY.
