MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THOSE THAT PROVIDE GOVERNANCE, OVERSIGHT, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL RECORD KEEPING, BUDGETING, LEGAL SERVICES, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES THAT ENSURE AN ADEQUATE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND AN EQUITABLE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.
