TAP PROJECT TAP EXPERTISE IS UTILIZED TO ADDRESS A COMMON NEED OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM. PROVIDES OPPORTUNITY TO IMPACT MORE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS AT ONE TIME; TYPICALLY REQUIRES A LONGER TIME COMMITMENT AND GREATER NUMBER OF TAP CONSULTANTS TO EXECUTE. EXAMPLE INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF CONTENT AND MENTORING FOCUSED ON UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, CREATION OF FINANCIAL FORECASTS, AND TIMING OF CAPACITY-BUILDING DECISIONS.
