BY HELPING YOUTH AGES 12-25 GET ACTIVE FOR SOCIAL CHANGE, OUR PROGRAMS CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AGENCY, PERSEVERANCE AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLES IN THE YOUNG PEOPLE WE SERVE.

WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER AND POTENTIAL OF GENERATION Z (YOUTH BORN BETWEEN 1995-2010) TO SOLVE OUR BIGGEST SOCIAL CHALLENGES. WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT SUSTAINABLE CHANGE AND PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION HAPPENS WHEN YOUNG PEOPLE FEEL THEIR VOICES MATTER WHEN THEY ARE ACTIVE IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING CHANGE, WHEN THEY ARE INVESTED IN THE OUTCOME, AND WHEN THEY ARE ENJOYING THE EFFORT.
