Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
GLOBAL TRAINING PROGRAMS: WE DEVELOPED COURSES IN RELATIONAL WISDOM, BIBLICAL PEACEMAKING, COACHING AND CHRISTIAN CONCILIATION THAT ARE DELIVERED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THROUGH WEBINARS, LIVE SEMINARS AND OUR ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM, RW ACADEMY. THIS TRAINING IS AVAILABLE IN A FAITH-BASED (CHRISTIAN) FORMAT AND A VALUES-BASED (SECULAR) FORMAT AND IS BEING USED BY CHURCHES, MINISTRIES, BUSINESSES, MILITARY BASES AND HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS GLOBALLY.
WEBSITE, BLOG AND SOCIAL MEDIA: WE MAINTAINED AND IMPROVED A ROBUST, COMPREHENSIVE, AND TECHNOLOGICALLY SOPHISTICATED WEB SITE AND REGULAR BLOG TO PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH DETAILED, USER-FRIENDLY, AND HIGHLY PRACTICAL INFORMATION ON RELATIONAL WISDOM. THIS REQUIRED REGULAR UPGRADES, IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE WEBSITE, AS WELL AS WEEKLY BLOG POSTS. EACH POST CONTAINED A BRIEF, PRACTICAL LESSON ON RELATIONAL WISDOM THAT PEOPLE COULD PUT INTO PRACTICE THAT DAY IN ANY SETTING OF THEIR LIVES. THE POSTS CONTAINED REFLECTION QUESTIONS DESIGNED TO STIMULATE PERSONAL APPLICATION AND GROUP DISCUSSION. WE HAD NUMEROUS EMAILS TELLING US OF HOW PEOPLE WERE CHANGING INDIVIDUALLY AND ALSO GROWING TOGETHER IN GROUPS. BY THE END OF THE YEAR, WE HAD ADDED 1,000 PEOPLE TO OUR MAILING LIST, WHICH NOW NUMBERS 11,400 RESULTING IN 17,000 VISITS TO OUR WEBSITE EVERY MONTH. WE ALSO DEVOTED MORE TIME TO OTHER FORMS OF SOCIAL MEDIA BY POSTING THREE POSTS SIX DAYS A WEEK TO FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN AND INSTAGRAM.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE: HOSTED A NATIONAL CONFERENCE THAT PROVIDED OPPORTUNITIES FOR FELLOWSHIP AND INTRODUCTORY AND ADVANCED TRAINING FOR 165 CHURCH AND MINISTRY LEADERS, ATTORNEYS, COUNSELORS, BUSINESS OWNERS, MISSIONARIES AND NONPROFIT WORKERS.
O SUPPORTING INSTRUCTORS, COACHES AND CONCILIATORS: PROVIDED ONGOING SUPPORT AND RESOURCES FOR OUR NETWORK OF INSTRUCTORS, COACHES AND CONCILIATORS AS THEY SERVED CHURCHES, MINISTRIES, BUSINESSES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT REQUESTED TRAINING SERVICES OR ASSISTANCE IN RESOLVING CONFLICTS. THIS WORK WAS CARRIED ON BOTH IN PERSON AND BY PHONE AS OUR STAFF RESPONDED TO INQUIRIES THROUGH OUR "CONCILIATION HOTLINE" ON HOW TO APPLY RELATIONAL WISDOM AND PEACEMAKING PRINCIPLES IN REAL LIFE. WE REFER MANY CASES TO INDIVIDUALS IN OUR NETWORK, WHO OFTEN PUT MANY HOURS INTO PROVIDING BIBLICALLY GROUNDED CONFLICT COACHING, MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION.
