TWO WHITE PAPERS WERE RELEASED THAT PROVIDED A FRAMEWORK FOR COMPANIES TO USE ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT TO MANAGE CRICITAL RISKS:"PROTECTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THROUGH ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT AND "ADDRESSING CORRUPTION RISK THROUGH ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT."
