T1D EXCHANGE ACTIVELY SUPPORTS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION THROUGH ITS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COLLABORATIVE, PATIENT REGISTRY, AND DATA-ORIENTED RESEARCH SERVICES. T1D EXCHANGE MAINTAINS THREE KEY PROGRAMS, THE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COLLABORATIVE, THE T1D EXCHANGE REGISTRY, AND CUSTOM RESEARCH SERVICES. THE T1D EXCHANGE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COLLABORATIVE CONSISTS OF A LEARNING COLLABORATIVE COMPRISED OF DIABETES CENTERS FROM ACROSS THE US, AND A COMPANION DATA PLATFORM INTEGRATING EMR DATA TO REDEFINE BEST PRACTICES, ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF CARE, AND ULTIMATELY GENERATE BETTER OUTCOMES. THE T1D EXCHANGE REGISTRY IS AN ONLINE VIRTUAL REGISTRY COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES AND/OR THEIR CAREGIVERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN RESEARCH. REGISTRY PARTICIPANTS PROVIDE PATIENT-REPORTED INFORMATION ON THEIR CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF DIABETES. FINALLY, T1D EXCHANGE PROVIDES CUSTOM RESEARCH SERVICES THAT COMBINE ITS ANALYTICS WITH ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS SUCH AS CUSTOM SURVEYS, INTERVIEWS, FOCUS GROUPS, DEVICE DATA INTEGRATION, ETC.
