HATTON PRAIRIE VILLAGE (HPV) IS A SMALL, RURAL SKILLED NURSING FACILITY LICENSED FOR 39 BEDS. HPV IS A 5 STAR FACILITY FOR 13 CONSECUTIVE YEARS. HPV PROVIDES CARE AND SERVICES AROUND-THE-CLOCK TO RESIDENTS, INCLUDING PHYSICAL, OCCUPATION AND SPEECH THERAPIES. HPV HAS LOW STAFF TURNOVER PROVIDING CONSISTENT, HIGH-QUALITY CARE AND SERVICES. HPV IS ABLE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE STAFFING LEVELS RARELY NEEDING TO USE CONTRACT AGENCY STAFF. HPV IS THE LARGEST EMPLOYER IN THE AREA EMPLOYING 77 EMPLOYEES AND PROVIDING GOOD-TO-EXCELLENT SALARIES AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS. AVERAGE CENSUS IS 38.
