PROFESSOR DORAIRAJ PRABHAKARAN, CO HOST OF THE SEMINAR, DIRECTOR OF THE CENTRE FOR CHRONIC DISEASE CONTROL IN INDIA AND CURRENT CHAIR OF THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE EPIDEMIOLOGY AND PREVENTION, WELCOMED SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS AT THE SEMINAR OPENING.
