VALLEY SENIOR SERVICE ALLIANCE IS LOCATED IN OAK PARK HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA. THE CAMPUS INCLUDES A 108 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY. THERE ARE 96 ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENTS WITH 10 SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR MEMORY CARE NEEDS. THE CAMPUS ALSO HAS 101 INDEPENDENT SENIOR APARTMENTS, 137 SENIOR TOWNHOMES AND 78 SENIOR BROWNSTONE UNITS.
