AS A MULTI-ISSUE ORGANIZATION WORKING TO UNITE THE POWER OF DIVERSE INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS IN ACTIVE GRASSROOTS DEMOCRACY THAT BUILDS RACIAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE, WE ARE CONSTANTLY WORKING TO MAKE MINNESOTA A STATE WHERE EVERYONE CAN THRIVE. WE BUILT GRASSROOTS POWER BY DEVELOPING LEADERS, EDUCATING AND MOBILIZING OUR MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS, AND INVESTING IN THE MOVEMENT ECOSYSTEM. TAKEACTION REMAINS FOCUSED ON A CORE CONVICTION: WHEN PEOPLE COME TOGETHER TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES AND THE PROSPECTS FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS, THEY GENERATE POWER. WE NOW HAVE A STRONGER FOUNDATION THAN WE HAD PREVIOUSLY: MORE PEOPLE ACTING WITH US AND A MORE VIBRANT AND DIVERSE MOVEMENT ECOSYSTEM. WE WILL BUILD ON THESE FOUNDATIONS IN THE YEARS TO COME.
