THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION/FOUNDATION IS THE OLDEST, LARGEST AND MOST ACTIVE GROUP OF ITS KIND. ALUMNI ARE DEEPLY COMMITTED TO THE PROGRAM IN HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA AND ITS STUDENTS. OUR VISION IS TO BE THE MOST RELEVANT NETWORK OF RESOURCES FOR MHA ALUMNI AND STUDENTS AND CORNERSTONE OF THE PROGRAMS CONTINUED SUCCESS. ALUMNI SERVE AS INSTRUCTORS, MENTORS, PRECEPTORS, GUEST LECTURERS, AND ASSIST IN ADMISSION INTERVIEWS AND PLACEMENT OF STUDENT RESIDENTS AND NEW GRADUATES. ONGOING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT FUNDS CONTRIBUTED BY ALUMNI PROVIDE GENEROUS SCHOLARSHIP AND LOAN PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS.FOR ITS MEMBERS, THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION/FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT, LIFE-LONG LEARNING, MENTORSHIP, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. BEYOND THE EXAMPLES LISTED ABOVE, ADDITIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS DURING THE PAST YEAR ARE:- PROVIDING SEVERAL WEBINARS ON TOPICS OF SIGNIFICANT IMPORTANCE THAT WERE ATTENDED BY ALUMNI THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY; - PARTNERING WITH THE LOCAL BRANCH OF THE ACHE ON A SEMINAR ON CONTINUITY OF CARE
