SHADOW WOOD CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC. IS COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING CHARITABLE PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE THE LIVES OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA RESIDENTS IN NEED. THE FOUNDATION RAISES FUNDS AND DISTRIBUTES THEM TO SECTION 501 (C)(3) CHARITIES THAT SERVE THOSE RESIDENTS THROUGH SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS. IT ALSO HAS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD AND EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMPLOYEES, AND FAMILIES OF EMPLOYEES, OF SHADOW WOOD COUNTRY CLUB AND SHADOW WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, AND A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE BENEFIT OF GRADUATING SENIORS OF TWO LOCAL HIGH SCHOOLS.

DURING THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2022, THE FOUNDATION MADE GRANTS TO 16 CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS SERVING THOSE RESIDENTS. SEE SCHEDULE I FOR THE NAMES OF EACH OF THE CHARITIES RECEIVING GRANTS IN EXCESS OF 5,000 FROM THE FOUNDATION IN THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2022, AND THE AMOUNT RECEIVED BY EACH OF THOSE CHARITIES.
