LABOR MANAGEMENT: THE PURPOSE OF THE LABOR-MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IS TO PROMOTE IMPROVED COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION BETWEEN LABOR AND MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO ENHANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION.
MILITARY AFFAIRS: SERVES AS THE FRAMEWORK FOR ALL SECTORS OF SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS TO UNDERSTAND AND SERVE THE MUTUAL NEEDS OF THE DOD, REGIONAL MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION.
TRANSPORTATION: PURPOSE IS TO WORK WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT TO ENANCE THEIR AWARENESS OF TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS IN SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS AND GREATER ST. LOUIS REGION.
