THIS CORPORATION IS THE SUPPORT ORGANIZATION TO PROVIDE FUNDING AND RESOURCES TO THE HEIGHTS CENTER. THE HEIGHTS CENTER WORKS TO FUFILL THE ORIGINAL MISSION OF THE HEIGHTS FOUNDATION.

THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE HEIGHTS FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT STRONG, SELF-SUFFICIENT FAMILIES IN THE HARLEM HEIGHTS COMMUNITY. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FUNDING AND SUPPORT TO THE HEIGHTS CENTER. IN FISCAL YEAR 2021, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED OVER $382,000 TO THE HEIGHTS CENTER TO SUPPORT THEIR ACTIVITIES. HARLEM HEIGHTS IS A SEVERELY DISTRESSED COMMUNITY, WITH KIDS LIVING IN POVERTY AT TWICE THE RATE OF THE REST OF LEE COUNTY. THE SOLUTION TO POVERTY IS EDUCATION AND OPPORTUNITY. WITH YOUR HELP, WE CAN PROVIDE TUTORING FOR KIDS STRUGGLING IN SCHOOL, JOB TRAINING FOR HARD WORKING PARENTS, AND ACCESS TO LIFELONG EDUCATION AND WELLNESSCREATING AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FUTURE FOR FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY.
