AS A NONPROFIT, ACCREDITED, AND FAITH-BASED ORGANIZATION, WE SUPPORT, IMPROVE AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OLDER ADULTS BY EMPOWERING THEM TO LIVE WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT.

NURSING/THERAPY SERVICES - PROVIDES NURSES AND PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS TO AFFILIATED ENTITY - UNITED NURSING SERVICES. TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM - SERVICE PROVIDED TO HUNDREDS OF SENIORS.


MEMORY SUPPORT - HARTWELL PLACE - A 29 UNIT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY PROVIDING STRUCTURED MEMORY SUPPORT SERVICES TO ENCOURAGE EACH INDIVIDUAL'S HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE: A WIDE VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO STIMULATE COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT, NURSE ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION, PERSONAL CARE, ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, COMMUNITY OUTINGS, AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE. HARTWELL PLACE PROVIDED 7,730 RESIDENT DAYS OF CARE IN 2021. IN ADDITION, $21,547 WORTH OF FREE CARE, AS WELL AS NUMEROUS FREE COMMUNITY SERVICE EVENTS WERE GIVEN.


HOUSING - PROVIDED TO VERY LOW INCOME OLDER ADULTS. GLENWOOD APARTMENTS - IS A 13-UNIT BUILDING. RESIDENTS MUST QUALIFY AS VERY LOW INCOME ADULTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH HUD GUIDELINES, WITH RENT CALCULATED TO BE APPROXIMATELY 40% OF THE RESIDENT'S INCOME, SUBJECT TO MINIMUMS AND MAXIMUMS. FOSTER AVENUE APARTMENTS - IS A 2-UNIT INTERGENERATIONAL APARTMENT BUILDING, JUST WEST OF WESLEY PLACE. FOSTER-GLEN APARTMENTS - IS A 6-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING THAT WE WILL BE CONVERTING TO HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME SENIORS. FOSTER AVENUE 1439 APARTMENTS - IS A 3-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING FOR SENIORS.
