CLOUD AREA THAT TOGETHER HAD A BUDGET OF $1.83 MILLION AND PROVIDED CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND OTHER ARTS OPPORTUNITIES TO MORE THAN 82,000 CENTRAL MINNESOTA STUDENTS, RESIDENTS, AND VISITORS.
