LCTCS STRIVES TO INCREASE THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOUISIANA'S WORKFORCE TO SUCCEED THROUGH SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMS. AND, IT WORKS TO PROVIDE CITIZENS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN CONTINUOUSLY. LCTCS IS COMMITTED TO TEACHING WHAT IS NEEDED, WHEN IT IS NEEDED, AND WHERE IT IS NEEDED WITHIN AVAILABLE RESOURCES.

THE MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY AND INVESTMENTS OBTAINED THROUGH GIFTS, BEQUESTS, GRANTS AND PUBLIC SUPPORT TO SUPPLEMENT THE FUNDS AVAILABLE TO THE DISTRICT IV CAMPUSES OF THE LOUISIANA COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE SYSTEM. SUCH FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR RESEARCH ACTIVITIES BY FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS, AND FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, AND FOR THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF EACH CAMPUS.
