THIS YEAR 87,220,897 ITEMS WERE PRINTED. EACH SMALL 48-PAGE TOPICAL SCRIPTURE BOOKLET COSTS ABOUT 4.2 CENTS TO PRINT.

PRODUCTION COSTS: INCLUDE PRINTING A TOTAL OF 87,220,897 PIECES OF SCRIPTURAL LITERATURE AND BIBLE-STUDY SIZE BOOKLETS: 70,547,876 48-PAGE SCRIPTURE BOOKLETS AND BIBLE STUDIES; 3,164,068 SALVATION COLORING BOOKS; 800,000 SCRIPTURE-TEXT DATEBOOKS; AND 8,593,953 FOLDUP SCRIPTURE HANDOUTS FOR FREE DISTRIBUTION WORLDWIDE. THIS ALSO INCLUDES 4,115,000 SCRIPTURE BOOKLETS AND BIBLE-STUDY BOOKLETS PRINTED IN 4 FOREIGN COUNTRIES. SCRIPTURE BOOKLETS HAVE NOW BEEN MADE AVAILABLE IN A TOTAL OF 350 LANGUAGES AND 211 COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD. BECAUSE OF OUR HIGH-SPEED HIGH-VOLUME OPERATION USING HUNDREDS OF VOLUNTEERS AND PAYING MODEST STAFF WAGES THE AVERAGE COST TO PRODUCE A 48-PAGE BOOKLET WAS 4.2 CENTS.
SHIPPING COSTS: INCLUDE SENDING SCRIPTURAL MATERIALS TO 106 NATIONS. BESIDES MANY SMALL ORDERS 195,001 TEN-POUND BOXES WERE SHIPPED VIA USPS FED EX AND UPS 11,578 AND BY FREIGHT SHIPMENTS 183,423 INCLUDING 59 CONTAINERS 30-40 FOOT AND 29-20 FOOT. COSTS FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS DEPEND LARGELY ON THE COUNTRY TO WHICH THE CONTAINERS ARE SENT. COSTS FOR OVERSEAS DISTRIBUTION BY VOLUNTEER NATIONAL COORDINATORS WHO RECEIVE WMP SHIPMENTS AND DISTRIBUTE TO COUNTRY DISTRIBUTORS SAVES WMP HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR IN SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION COSTS. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 86 VOLUNTEER COORDINATORS IN 81 COUNTRIES AND A COUNTLESS NUMBER OF DISTRIBUTORS. SCRIPTURAL LITERATURE HAS GONE INTO 211 NATIONS IN OUR 61-YEAR HISTORY.
