THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN THE FIVE COUNTY AREA OF MAHONING, TRUMBULL, AND COLUMBIANA COUNTIES IN OHIO, AND MERCER AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA TO THE BENEFIT OF ALL EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, ALL INDIVIDUALS, FIRMS, OR CORPORATIONS RELATED TO THE INDUSTRY, ALL MEMBERS OF THE CORPORATION AND THE CUSTOMERS OF THE INDUSTRY.
