THE REDONDO BEACH EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION ("RBEF") IN PARTNERSHIP WITH INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITY BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS, PROVIDED ADDITIONAL FUNDING NEEDED TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN SUCH PROGRAMS AS MUSIC, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY TO ALL CHILDREN IN THE REDONDO BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ("RBUSD").


RBEF ADMINISTERS THE RBUSD STUDENT SUMMER SESSION PROGRAMS FOR ACADEMICS AT THE ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVELS, AS WELL AS SUMMER ATHLETICS PROGRAMS (REFERRED TO AS THE SEA HAWK SPORTS CAMPS) FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PROGRAMS.
