CONVENTION AND CONFERENCE FOR 120 MEMBERS, NON MEMBERS AND STUDENTS HELD VIRTUALLY IN JUNE, 2021. WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS WERE PROVIDED TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION AND FINDINGS ON HOW TO IMPROVE ATHLETES' SUCCESS ACADEMICALLY AND SOCIALLY AND TO PROMOTE CAMPUS AWARENESS.
FIVE REGIONAL CONFERENCES AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MEETINGS WERE HELD TO FURTHER THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON CURRENT STUDIES AND MEMBERS' EXPERIENCES REGARDING THE FACILITATION OF STUDENT ATHLETES' EXPERIENCES AND ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL SUCCESS ON CAMPUS.
THE VIRTUAL EDUCATION SERIES (PDI- PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRACKS) ARE HELD DURING THE FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE ANNUAL CONVENTION. MEMBERS REGISTER FOR THIS WEB-BASED EDUCATION SERIES AND PAY A FEE TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS.
