PLEASE REFER TO THE COMMUNITY BENEFIT INFORMATION ON SCHEDULE H. THE VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY (VCU) AFFILIATED BON SECOURS ST. FRANCIS FAMILY MEDICINE OPENED ITS DOORS IN AUGUST 2005 AND IS FULLY ACCREDITED BY THE ACCREDITATION COUNCIL FOR GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION. BON SECOURS HAS BUILT A PROGRAM THAT CREATES FAMILY PHYSICIANS AND SERVES WESTERN CHESTERFIELD COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN SUBURBAN RICHMOND, VIRGINIA.
