SPECIFICALLY, THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE A DEVELOPMENT FACILITY IN JASPER, TEXAS WHICH WILL BE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE AS AN EDUCATION AND TRAINING CENTER, INCLUDING ANY ANCILLARY USES NECESSARY FOR THIS ACCOMPLISHMENT. THE CORPORATION MAY ALSO ENGAGE IN SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE AND FOSTER EDUCATION IN JASPER, TEXAS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NONPROFIT AND CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION.
