CASA RECRUITS, TRAINS, AND SUPERVISES VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE FOR ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN JUVENILLE COURT. CASA VOLUNTEERS HAVE THE AUTHORITY OF THE COURT TO SEE ALL THE RECORDS AND TALK TO ALL THE PEOPLE CONCERNING THE CHILD. CASA VOLUNTEERS THEN PREPARE A COMPREHENSIVE OBJECTIVE REPORT TO RECOMMEND WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD.
