HOPE SERVICES HAWAII INC PROVIDES HOUSING-FOCUSED INTERVENTIONS TO END HOMELESSNESS THROUGH A CONTINUUM OF SERVICES INCLUDING, HOMELESS PREVENTION AND DIVERSION, MOBILE OUTREACH, STREET MEDICINE, EMERGENCY AND TRANSITIONAL SHELTER, HOUSING NAVIGATION AND LOCATION, RENTAL ASSISTANCE, EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE SERVICES, PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, AND PERSON-CENTERED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. WE SUPPORT PEOPLE TO OVERCOME THE ADVERSITY OF EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT ALL PEOPLE DESERVE A HOME.
