EMPATH HEALTH, INC. PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGIC GUIDANCE FOR ITS INTEGRATED NETWORK OF CARE INCLUDING SUNCOAST HOSPICE AND OTHER MEMBER PROGRAMS. QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IS AT THE HEART OF THE MISSION-DRIVEN STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS OF ALL EMPATH HEALTH ENTITIES. EMPATH HEALTH PROVIDES SUPPORT AND CARE TO PEOPLE IN TAMPA BAY THROUGH ITS MEMBER PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDE SUNCOAST HOSPICE, EMPATH HOME HEALTH, EPIC (EMPATH PARTNERS IN CARE), SUNCOAST PACE, EMPATH HEALTH PHARMACY, EMPATH COMMUNITY COUNSELING AND EMPATH PALLIATIVE CARE.
