DEVELOP AND PROMOTE REGULATIONS AND DISPOSITIONS TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO ALL SERVICES OFFERED BY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENTS (PUBLIC PROCUREMENT) AND SUPPORT EFFORTS TO ORGANIZE AND BETTER MANAGE MUNICIPAL SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL CONSTITUENTS, INCLUDING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND SENIOR CITIZENS (SMART CITIES).


SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DISPOSITIONS OF THE CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF PERSON WITH DISABILITIES BY PARTICIPATING IN INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES, COLLABORING WITH REGULATORS, PRIVATE INDUSTRY, ACADEMIA, ORGANIZATIONS OF PERSONS WITH DIABILITIES AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.
