THE BROOK MINISTRIES HAS TWO KEY INITIATIVES TO SUPPORT THE LATIN AMERICAN MINISTRY. ONE IS THE CHURCH PLANTING PROGRAM WHERE THE ORGANIZATION ACTIVELY SUPPORTS THE PLANTING OF CHURCHES IN LATIN AMERICA. THE BROOK MINISTRIES SUPPORTS THE LATIN AMERICAN MINISTRY WITH THREE DAY WORKSHOPS FOR PASTORS AND SPOUSES THAT FOCUS ON THE MOST RELEVANT AND PRACTICAL ISSUES BEING FACED IN THE LATIN AMERICAN CHURCH. THE CONFERENCES PROVIDE TRAINING, AS WELL AS MUTUAL SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT WITH FELLOW SERVANTS. THE BROOK MINISTRIES PROVIDES HOSTING, EDUCATING, AND CHAPERONING VISITING TEAMS OF SHORT-TERM MISSIONAIRIES FROM THE UNITED STATES, WHO ARE VISITING COSTA RICA TO PARTICIPATE IN PROJECTS RELATED TO THE PROGRAM SERVICES.
