FACILITATES PUBLIC DIALOGUE THAT INCLUDES THE FREE-MARKET PERSPECTIVE WITH COMMUNITY MEETINGS, SEMINARS, LECTURES, AND DEBATES. ENGAGES WITH MEDIA AND PRESENTS FREE-MARKET PRINCIPLES THROUGH COMMENTARIES, REPORTS AND INTERVIEWS.
