OPERATION DREAM - ACADEMIC YEAR PROGRAM (AYP): OPERATION DREAM PROVIDES A FULL DAY OF ACADEMIC, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING TO ALMOST 100 YOUNG MEN ON SATURDAYS. DREAM TO ACHIEVE - YOUNG MEN ARE REFERRED TO THIS PROGRAM HAVING BEEN IDENTIFIED AT OUR ACADEMIC YEAR PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM SERVES YOUNG MEN BETWEEN FROM 1ST - 12TH GRADE. OPERATION WORK - YOUNG MEN TOOK PART IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING THROUGH BIZSTARTS. THEY DEVELOPED A BUSINESS PLAN FOR OUR SOCIAL ENTERPRISE, DREAM SCREEN, LLC.OPERATION INDEPENDENCE - THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN NEWLY ESTABLISHED AND FOCUSES ON ENSURING THAT WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE MENTORING AND SUPPORT FOR THE ALUMNI WHO HAVE TRANSITIONED OUT OF OUR PROGRAM.
