PSSA CONDUCTS A YEARLY SNOWMOBILE SHOW IN ORDER TO ENHANCE SNOWMOBILING IN PENNSYLVANIA. THE SHOW ATTEMPTS TO ENCOURAGE SAFE SNOWMOBILING ON THE TRAILS IN PENNSYLVANIA TO THE MEMBERS AS WELL AS VISITORS. THE SHOW ALLOWS VENDORS TO MARKET THEIR PRODUCTS TO ENCOURAGE TRADE IN PENNSYLVANIA. PROCEEDS FROM THE SHOW HELPS THE ORGANIZATION TO MAINTAIN SAFE TRAILS IN PENNSYLVANIA AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE TOURISM IN THE STATE.UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO COVID THE SHOW WAS NOT HELD THIS FISCAL YEAR.
THE ORGANIZATION IS GIVEN GRANTS IN ORDER TO HELP THE INDIVIDUAL CHAPTERS IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA TO MAINTAIN THEIR TRAILS, SIGNS, ETC. IN ORDER TO FOSTER SAFE SNOWMOBILING.
THE ORGANIZATIONS HAS A PROJECT CALLED SNOW ANGELS WHICH CONTRIBUTES MONEY TO FAMILIES OF DISABLED AND HANDICAPPED CHILDREN IN PENNSYLVANIA. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO GIVES MONEY TO INDIVIDUAL CHAPTERS SO THEY CAN GIVE THESE CHILDREN A CHRISTMAS PARTY AND GIFTS DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON.
