ACCELERATE ACCESS TO COORDINATED HEALTH, HOUSING AND SOCIAL SERVICES FOR UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH ONGOING DEVELOPMENT OF WELL TRAINED AND VALUED STAFF, INVESTMENT IN INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, AND COLLABORATIONS TO BUILD TRUST IN THE COMMUNITY.

PROVIDES MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT CARE FOR THE ELDERLY, HOMELESS AND VETERANS THROUGH A NURSING HOME, ASSISTED AND INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITIES, SKILLED NURSING CARE AND OTHER ELDER CARE ORGANIZATIONS. AS OF JUNE 30, 2022 NEWCOURTLAND IS THE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION FOR 18 AFFILIATES THAT PROVIDE SERVICES AND HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY IN PHILADELPHIA.
