DOCK VILLAGE, INC., INCLUDES TEN (10) ONE-BEDROOM, EIGHTY (80) TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS, AND TEN (10) THREE-BEDROOM TOWNHOUSES. FIVE (5) APARTMENTS ARE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2021, THE AVERAGE UNIT OCCUPANCY WAS 97% AND TOTAL RESIDENTS SERVED DURING THE YEAR WAS 245.
