INCLUDES EXPENDITURES FOR CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, DEPARTMENTAL RESEARCH, EDUCATION MATERIALS (E.G., LIBRARIES), LABORATORIES AND OTHER SERVICES THAT DIRECTLY ASSIST THE INSTITUTION'S ACADEMIC FUNCTIONS, FACULTY DEVELOPMENT, AND ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION.
