LVHN ACCOMPLISHES THIS THROUGH ITS BOARD OF TRUSTEES WHO APPROVES AND DIRECTS ALL SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL, LEGAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES OF LVHN AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES. THE LVHN BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPOINTS THE BOARD MEMBERS OF EACH OF LVHN SUBSIDIARIES.
