THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY ASSISTING DRUG ADDICTS AND ALCOHOLICS IN RECOVERING AND BECOMING PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY THROUGH PROVIDING HOUSING, COUNSELING, AND JOB TRAINING.
