ENVIRONMENT MARYLAND RESEARCH & POLICY CENTER IS DEDICATED TO PROTECTING OUR AIR, WATER AND OPEN SPACES. WE INVESTIGATE PROBLEMS, CRAFT SOLUTIONS, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND DECISION-MAKERS, AND HELP THE PUBLIC MAKE THEIR VOICES HEARD IN LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL DEBATES OVER THE QUALITY OF OUR ENVIRONMENT AND OUR LIVES.

PUBLIC EDUCATION AND OUTREACH:RECRUITING VOLUNTEERS, DISTRIBUTING EDUCATIONAL LITERATURE, AND CONDUCTING SURVEYS AND DISCUSSING ISSUES WITH THE PUBLIC ON THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:KEEP MARYLAND SAFE FROM DRILLING; GO SOLAR MARYLAND; PROTECT THE CHESAPEAKE BAY;CLEAN ENERGY FOR MARYLAND; GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTIONS; NO BEES, NO FOOD.
