THE PAGE HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS EXIST TO PROMOTE INTEREST IN AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION BY STUDENTS IN BAND PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES AT FRED J. PAGE HIGH SCHOOL, AND AID IN THE FINANCING OF MARCHING BAND, WINTER DRUM LINE, WINTER GUARD, AND CONCERT BAND ACTIVITIES. OVER 120 STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN BAND PROGRAMS AT FRED J. PAGE HIGH SCHOOL IN 2018. THE MARCHING PATRIOTS COMPETED AT BANDS OF AMERICA GRAND NATIONALS IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN, AS WELL AS NUMEROUS LOCAL COMPETITIONS. IN ADDITION, STUDENTS HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE/PERFORM IN MTSBOA (MIDDLE TN SCHOOL BAND AND ORCHESTRA ASSOCIATION) AND THE TMEA (TN MUSIC EDUCATION ASSOCIATION) ALL-STATE PERFORMANCE.
