THROUGH CAREFUL CONSIDERATION AND PLACEMENT OF OUR FUNDING, WE ENCOURAGED AND SUPPORTED RESEARCH INTENDED TO IMPROVE TREATMENT EFFECTIVENESS, IMPROVE TREATMENT OUTCOMES, AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN BATTLING CANCER.
THE MORGAN ADAMS FOUNDATION IS AN ONGOING RESOURCE FOR INFORMATION ON CHILDHOOD, ADOLESCENT AND YOUNG ADULT CANCERS, THEIR CURRENT TREATMENTS AND THE NEED FOR ONGOING NEW TREATMENT DEVELOPMENT. THROUGH OUR ONGOING EFFORTS, MAF BUILDS COMMUNITY AWARENESS OF THE NEED TO SUPPORT CHILDHOOD CANCER RESEARCH, AS WELL AS OF THE NEED TO ENSURE THAT THE CHILDREN AFFECTED BY THIS DISEASE HAVE THE BEST POSSIBLE TREATMENT OPTIONS MADE AVAILABLE TO THEM. MAF HOSTS EDUCATIONAL EVENTS FOR THE PUBLIC THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
