ST. JOHN'S HOME IS A 455-BED SENIOR NURSING FACILITY PROVIDING SKILLED NURSING CARE; REHAB SERVICES; MEMORY CARE, COMFORT CARE AND HOSPICE; AND ADULT DAY SERVICES. ST JOHN'S STRIVES TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT DELIVERS INDIVIDUALIZED CARE IN A HOME-LIKE SETTING. ELDERS ARE EMPOWERED TO MAKE CHOICES ABOUT HOW THEY SPEND THEIR TIME AND TO CONTINUE THE MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES AND LIFESTYLE THEY ENJOYED BEFORE COMING TO US, AS MUCH AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE. ST.
