THE FELLOWS INITIATIVE IS A NETWORK OF CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES. WE SEEK TO INSPIRE AND EQUIP THE EMERGING GENERATION OF LEADERS FOR THE MARKETPLACE, CHURCH AND SOCIETY.

TFI ORGANIZES TWO CONFERENCES FOR FELLOWS IN THE TFI NETWORK OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. IN 2021-22, APPROXIMATELY 235 FELLOWS PARTICIPATED IN EACH EVENT, AS WELL AS 55 LOCAL PROGRAM LEADERS.
TFI PROVIDES TRAINING FOR CHURCH LEADERS THAT WANT TO START TFI-AFFILIATED AND CHURCH-BASED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS. IN 2021-22, APPROXIMATELY 30 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATED IN TFI TRAINING PROGRAMS.
TFI LEADS CAMPUS OUTREACH AND OTHER PROGRAMS TO HELP RECRUIT PARTICIPANTS INTO THE CHURCH-BASED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS IN THE TFI NETWORK. IN 2021-22 TFI REACHED AT LEAST 50 CAMPUSES AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS.
