TRACTOR TRAILER LOADS OF DONATED MATERIALS / GIFTS-IN-KIND OF HUMANITARIAN GOODS ARE RECEIVED FROM VARIOUS DOMESTIC ORGANIZATIONS AND SENT TO DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE POOR AND NEEDY.
THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED DONATED AND PURCHASED SOME BULK FOODSTUFFS, CLOTHING, MEDICAL SUPPLIES, HOUSEHOLD AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS. GOODS WERE WAREHOUSED, SORTED AND SHIPPED IN 251 AND 236 LARGE SHIPPING CONTAINERS, RESPECTIVELY IN 2022 AND 2021. ALL GOODS WERE SENT TO AREAS WITH POOR AND NEEDY PEOPLE. THE VALUE OF GIFTS IN KIND CONTRIBUTIONS INCLUDED IN PART VIII IS $27,318,468. NUMEROUS COUNTRIES BENEFITTED FROM THESE SHIPMENTS, AS WELL AS SOME DISASTER AREAS OF THE US.
THE ORGANIZATION HAD IN EXCESS OF 15,000 VETERANS VISITING THE VETERANS MIRACLE CENTER SINCE ITS OPENING IN NOVEMBER, 2014. VETERANS RECEIVED NEEDED GOODS FOR PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD USE AND IMPROVED LIVING AS A RESPONSE TO THEIR VALUED SERVICE FOR OUR COUNTRY.
