JWFNY'S LEADING VOICE AND PRESENCE RAISES THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF A BROAD-BASED COMMUNITY TO THE ISSUES AFFECTING MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES. TO ACHIEVE CHANGE, WE PROVIDE ORGANIZATIONS FOUNDED AND/OR RUN BY EXEMPLARY WOMEN WITH A PLATFORM OF SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO HELP CREATE AND SUSTAIN SOCIAL CHANGE ORGANIZATIONS WITH MISSIONS ALIGNED WITH THE GOALS OF THE FOUNDATION. MOST RECENT EXAMPLES OF SUPPORT THAT SERVE THE WORLD'S MOST VULNERABLE USING A JEWISH AND GENDER LENS INCLUDE WOMEN WORKING IN MATERNAL HEALTH, RACIAL JUSTICE, LGBTQ EQUITY, WOMEN'S RIGHTS, QUEER TALMUDIC STUDY, ELIMINATING MASS INCARCERATION, ENDING SEX TRAFFICKING, AND EDUCATING DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES. TO SUPPLEMENT OUR GRANTMAKING, JWFNY EDUCATES THE COMMUNITY AND ADVOCATES FOR(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)(CONTINUED)POLICIES THAT POSITIVELY IMPACT MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES AT THE LOCAL, FEDERAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.
