THE NEW YORK WOMEN'S FOUNDATION (THE "FOUNDATION") RESOURCES WOMEN-LED COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND MOVEMENTS TO ADVANCE GENDER, RACIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE AND SUPPORTS THE SCALING OF THEIR WORK STATEWIDE AND NATIONALLY. THE FOUNDATION ALSO BUILDS THE CAPACITY OF OUR GRANTEE PARTNERS AND AMPLIFIES THEIR SUCCESSES. THE FOUNDATION ADVANCES BROAD-BASED CHANGE BY REFRAMING PUBLIC PERCEPTION TO SUPPORT WIN-WIN SYSTEMS AND POLICIES, INFLUENCING PHILANTHROPY TO INTEGRATE A GENDER LENS AND TRUST-BASED VALUES IN THEIR PRACTICES TO MAXIMIZE IMPACT AND INFLUENCING PUBLIC POLICY AND LARGE-SCALE SYSTEMS TO CREATE BETTER OUTCOMES IN THE LIVES OF WOMEN, GIRLS, AND GENDER EXPANSIVE PEOPLE.
