CHCANYS WORKS TO INCREASE ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE FOR ALL NEW YORKERS GRASSROOTS ADVOCACY AND SUPPORTS FQHC'S WITH TOOLS AND INFORMATION NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE EXISTING PROGRAMS, STRENGTHEN CORE SERVICES AND BUILD NEW PROGRAMS. CHCANYS HAS A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF ITS FQHC'S BY SHARING INFORMATION AND DEVELOPING TRAINING MODULES ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS, ENABLING THEM TO MEET CONTRACTUAL REPORTING OBLIGATIONS, ADDRESS REGULATORY CHANGES AND STANDARDIZE AND IMPROVE CARE.
