THE HEBREW HOME OPERATES A NURSING AND REHABILITATION CARE CENTER FOR 843 ELDERLY RESIDENTS. THE HOME PROVIDED 204,910 BED DAYS OF NURSING FACILITY CARE FOR THE YEAR ENDED 12/31/21.
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AGENCY WHICH HAD 37,751 VISITS FOR 2021.
THE HOME'S ASSISTED LIVING PROGRAM PROVIDES ITS 35 RESIDENTS WITH COMFORTABLE APARTMENTS ALONG WITH CLINICAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO MAINTAIN THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE ON ITS 32 ACRE CAMPUS. THE APARTMENTS, DECORATED WITH DESIGNER FURNISHINGS, OFFER AN ARRAY OF DAILY SERVICES AND AMENITIES TO HELP RESIDENTS WITH THE ASSISTANCE THEY MAY NEED.
