IS SOLICITING, MAINTAINING, AND INVESTING PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS, BEQUESTS, AND GRANTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENHANCING QUALITY, DEVELOPMENT, AND EXPANDING THE MEDICAL SERVICES OF ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL, INCLUDING FUNDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, RESEARCH, STAFFING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION AND TRAINING THEREBY CREATING A BETTER FACILITY AND TRAINED PROFESSIONAL FOR THE PUBLIC.
